This compact and light weight smoker is made of high quality 304 Stainless Steel. The smoker has a practical size which is not too big to take with you, but big enough to smoke good quantities of food. Ideal to bring with you on a camping trip, fishing or simply to use in the outdoor kitchen. The smoker is designed to smoke different types of food; vegatables, meat or fish, you can smoke it all. You can easily install one or two layers in the smoker, so you are flexible in size and amount of food you want to smoke. The chamber has a volume of around 27 liters. 

Due to the efficient but simple design, you can easily refill the wood chips, also during smoking. Just lift the smoker with the foldable handles and you can fill the pallettable with the wood chips. 

The Winnerwell Flat Smoker comes with a special designed storage bag.
